No refunds can be made for non attendances.

No replacement classes will be conducted unless cancelled by the teacher, then these will be added onto the end of the course.

Notice of termination of lessons have to be given 2 weeks in advance. Forms available, please ask.

The Academy Of Swimming and it's employees and lifeguards are not under any liability whatsoever in respect of personal injury, damage or loss of personal properties, howsoever caused during these classes. However, we are responsible for your child/children whilst they are actually in the water and under instruction with the swimming teacher.

Parents will be allowed to stay and spectate from the pool side.
 

Payments, Terms of Booking & Procedures. 

When parents join us their child is allocated a lesson time and class. This lesson slot is guaranteed to them as long as you wish to stay with us. If you wish to change the time or day of your childs lesson, do not hesitate to contact me. We cannot always accommodate parents but we do our best! 

If a child needs to move places for whatever reason, we will inform parents on the day, or phone them to arrange this.

Academy of Swimming lessons are booked in terms of ten weeks, and are paid for in advance. Parents who join us between booking days, pay for the remaining lessons in that lesson block of ten, which will include the Booking Day lesson.

On Booking Day they will pay for the following ten lessons in advance, as normal. There is only one Booking Day in a block of ten lessons, and the Booking Day is the same one for all parents. Parents book for the forthcoming block of ten lessons on the last lesson of the previously paid for block of ten.


RE- BOOKING DAY ALWAYS FALLS ON WEEK SEVEN. 

If your payment is not received on week ten your space may be re- allocated.

If the childs surname given to us does not match the surname on the cheque, please place the childs name on the reverse.
